Vaccine opportunity for faith and community leaders

Individuals from the faith, community or voluntary organisations who support vulnerable communities and groups, such as those who deal with funerals, provide foodbanks and support to vulnerable groups or individuals across Newham, can now access the Covid Vaccine. The vaccines will take place at the Royal London Hospital Whitechapel as early as Friday 29th Jan. Anyone over the age of 70 who hasn’t yet been called to have the vaccine can also take advantage. The criteria for the vaccine is: - you cannot have had COVID over the last 4 weeks - you cannot have had any other jab in the last 7 days If you are interested then please coordinate on behalf of your place of worship or group and send the list of name, contact telephone and NHS number to Abbas Mirza (Barts NHS Community Engagement Lead) abbas.mirza4@nhs.net.
