Racism and Inequality Time to Talk

The London Borough of Newham is launching a survey and a series of Time to Talk sessions focused on Racism, Inequality and Disproportionality within our borough.

The survey and this first series of events will be focusing on the north side of the borough and primarily aimed at residents living in Green Street, Manor Park, Forest Gate and Stratford.

We would like to hear from you about your experience of living in Newham, where challenges arise and how best we can work together to both highlight the issues and create changes to make Newham a better place to live, for the whole community.

Please complete our survey here to give us your feedback about racism, inequality and disproportionality and to tell us about what is working well, what isn't working well and what needs to be improved. We want to hear about any experiences you are willing to share, whether you are from a minority ethnic background or not. You also do not need to have experienced any racist or disproportionate behaviour in order to take part. The survey will close on 5th March 2021.

Due to the ongoing pandemic our first Time to Talk session will be held on-line on Wednesday 17th March, 6-8pm . To register via Eventbrite and to receive the Zoom joining details please click here.
