Opportunity to apply for £10k grant for new initiatives which address the needs of people in ethnic

National charity Royal Voluntary Service (RVS) are one of the delivery partners for the NHS Volunteer Responders programme (NHSVR). NHSVR has been set up by NHS England and NHS Improvement, working with Royal Voluntary Service and the GoodSAM app as part of its response to the Covid-19 pandemic. A clear focus of the NHSVR programme is reducing the inequalities across ethnic minority communities as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. RVS are currently accepting applications for grants of £10,000 available for charities, CICs and (constituted) not-for-profit organisations of all kinds working at a community scale, to offer six-month projects supporting the Covid-19 recovery effort at community level within one of the 10 Local Authority areas detailed on the attached guidance. Applications must be returned by 5pm 30th April. Full details are attached.
