Parents in Mind – Mental Health Support for Pregnant and New Mums
Just to let you know that we now have additional capacity with newly trained volunteers and are able to continue receiving referrals.
Whilst we're not currently able to offer mental health support face-to-face, we are trying to replicate the contact we would routinely offer.
Referral meetings are currently being conducted over the phone, with our peer supporters providing 1-to-1 weekly peer support telephone calls and a weekly hosted WhatsApp group.
A referral can be made verbally (provided you have mum’s consent) by calling or texting 07525 5403673, or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
In this current climate where we're all very busy I will need only a name, contact number and knowledge of consent (although a brief chat for backstory on the family is always very helpful too!).
