Free training for staff and volunteers signposting to welfare support

Newham Council are offering training sessions are for anyone in the borough who is regularly having conversations with residents seeking help with social welfare issues.


The training is aimed at Voluntary, Community and Faith Sector front line workers (both paid and volunteers), but anyone in the borough who plays a role in supporting residents in a community, food, or clinical setting can access the training, and learn how to signpost residents to get help with social welfare matters.
