Community Links have a virtual wellbeing week starting 19th April with various free workshops on Zoom throughout the week. All workshops are free and will take place on Zoom. Sessions include Intro to Mindfulness and Yoga, Poetry and Storytelling, Mindful Arts and more!

Sessions are designed primarily for residents/service users, however the session on Wednesday afternoon hosted by Community Links Advice service manager may be of interest to any community groups who aren’t familiar with Community Links advice services or who need a refresher.
