Translation services
My name is Lana and I'm contacting you to share a resource that could help spread public health best practices to those you support. TranslationServices.com, the organization I work for, recently translated fliers about COVID-19 prevention for homeless shelters and similar groups into the 30+ languages found most frequently in the world's shelters. They're all available for free here: https://www.translationservices.com/covid-19
We are keeping service users and carers informed weekly current and new referrals. I have been contacting service users struggling with food etc so I have been in touch. Kurtis made a delivery for a food parcel yesterday to one of the service users. We are virtually meeting our volunteers to help with social isolation etc.
Currently we are still taking incoming referrals. We will contact these service users and we will visit for an assessment when we are given the clear by the government and the hospice to resume service.
Our first contact team are working hard taking referrals for service users at end of life care and they will be seen by our doctors and nurses as prioritised.
